the english version should have been uploaded in the device. took quite a long time to understand everything is Arabic.
this phone came out all in arabic ( importation from Dubai i guess or middle east).For such a price i would have expected something better.
This phone has been returned to Amazon . Amazon service is great.they did the refund.

The cell phone is very fast, stable and with all the capacity to install any program based on Windows Mobile 6.5. The screen size and brithness is the best! View pictures and videos is a confortable experience. The camera take a very nice pictures and videos, at least for share and websites...

My experience with the Omnia 2 has been terrible.
1. The first one I bought after only 2 days of use and without having been dropped, squeezed or crushed presented a crack in the lens (the cover that protects the screen). I suppose it was delivered flawed by the seller(I didn't buy it through amazon.com). They didn't respond to my claims saying that I must have dropped the phone (Which I insist I didn't)
2. The buttons on the bottom (accept and end call) after only 2 month of use don't "click" anymore and sometimes even get stucked pushed down. I took it to a repair service where they fixed it, but after only a few days the problem reappeared.
3. Not being a hardware problem my experience with WinMo 6.5 has been really bad. It is even more sluggish than WinMo 6.1, but I don't know if that's due to Samsung's UI. It seems that Microsoft has repeated the usual trend that every other software version is flawed.
In summary I suppose I got a faulty device and therefore am writing this review from my personal experience.I strongly recommend not to buy this cel.

I've been using this phone for over a month and I could not be more satisfied with it. The screen is simply great, crisp images, vivid colors, very sensitive for a resistive touch screen. It's not so small to make reading difficult nor so big that won't fit comfortably in your hand.
It looks very stylish and is full of functions and preloaded software.
Be aware though that the default language for the phone is not english. The product description says it's an international version and it comes with no warranty

PRO:
1) pretty shinny phone
2) long battery life
3) call quality is okay
4) good camera with 5MP
5) alot of functions.
CONS:
1) default language is not in ENGLISH.
2) BOX is not in ENGLISH. not recommended for gift.
3) little bit laggy
4) take a while to turn on camera.
5) wifi connection is little bit slower than my laptop and ipod touch.
SUMMARY: overall its a good phone with tons of functions. Buy only if you are okay with some lag.
OH, AMAZON IS AWASOME!! SHIPPNG IS EXTREMELY FAST. when shopping here,make sure the item is "sold by amazon"
